YOU MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS TO PARK

ON A&M CAMPUS!

We have secured 2 parking options for our conference guests. These parking passes may be purchased on the registration form. Please refer to the maps for specific parking locations.

West Campus Garage is located between Memorial Student Center and Reed Arena. It is walkable to both locations (for most attendees); about 2-3 blocks. THERE WILL BE NO SHUTTLES FROM WEST CAMPUS GARAGE! Limit of 250 spaces filled on a first-come-first-served basis. A 3 day pass is $45.00 (this is a savings for our attendees; regular parking rates are $20/day).  THIS GARAGE IS SOLD OUT. PLEASE EMAIL NICKY AT 2018tmgaconference@gmail.com IF YOU WISH TO BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.

Fan Field is located west of Reed Arena. Shuttles will run between the Fan Field and Memorial Student Center on Wednesday and Reed Arena on Thursday and Friday, in the mornings from approximately 8am-10am and evenings from 5pm-9pm. A 3 day pass is $15.00. If you have mobility issues, we suggest you purchase a Fan Field Parking pass, as the shuttle will bring you door-to-door.

ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE PRE-PAID! NO PASSES WILL BE SOLD AFTER MARCH 15, 2018!

ALL PARKING PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST/STOLEN.

ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE PICKED UP* PRIOR TO ARRIVING ON CAMPUS.

PARKING PASSES ARE PER VEHICLE! We encourage you to carpool!

*Purchased Parking Passes will be available for pick up with your Registration Packet from the Hilton College Station, 801 University Drive E, on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from l:00pm-8:00pm or Wednesday morning, April 4, 2018 from 6:30am-10:00am.
